This automatic pump controller will automatically start and stop your pump as there's demand. It's ideal for household pumping applications and helps to ensure steady water delivery at the tap.
The controller incorporates a receiver tank that reduces pump cycling in low demand conditions such as a tap dripping.
The pressure set points are adjustable via a simple '+' and '-' button on the units face plate which allows users to customise and optimise the pumps performance for their specific application.
This intelligent controller also incorporates a flow switch that can activate the pump when it detects flow such as when a tap is opened. The flow switch also works to stop the pump when no flow is detected such as when the tap is closed.
The controller incorporates a self prime timer to allow the pump to run without flow for a period of time while the pump suction line primes. This function is ideal for situations where an extended priming time is necessary such as in deep well jet pumps. Without this function, many pump controllers would detect loss of flow and turn the pump off before it has the opportunity to prime.
The controller is simple to install inline in the pumps outlet and it incorporates a non return valve which helps to prevent unnecessary pump cycling.
The controllers construction is excellent with a IP67 rating thanks to the PCB being epoxy resin encased. This controller is built to last and will help your pump to perform to its best.

When starting the pump it allows for 3min 20 seconds self prime timer before shutting off. When pump has been running, it allows for 3min 20 seconds no flow before it shuts off pump in case of loss of supply. |
