A vehicle-mounted winch is constantly exposed to sun, dirt, dust, mud, road spray and debris. The Sherpa 4x4 Neoprene Winch Cover provides an additional protective layer over the winch when it is not being used.
Manufactured from 4mm thick wetsuit-grade neoprene, the cover stretches around compatible winches for a secure fit without requiring additional ropes or retaining cords.

4mm Neoprene Construction
The cover is manufactured from 4mm neoprene, similar to the flexible material commonly used in wetsuits.
The material provides a soft protective barrier around the winch while retaining enough flexibility to stretch over the winch body for installation and removal.
Protection from Road Debris & Weather Exposure
Front-mounted winches can be exposed to dirt, dust, mud, insects, road spray and small debris during everyday driving and off-road travel.
Fitting the cover while the winch is not in use helps reduce direct exposure of the winch body, rope and components to these conditions.
The cover can also help limit direct moisture and environmental exposure; however, the winch should still be inspected and maintained regularly, particularly after water crossings, mud or wet-weather use.
Helps Protect Synthetic Winch Rope from UV
For winches fitted with synthetic rope, the cover provides the additional benefit of shielding the exposed rope from direct sunlight while fitted.
Reducing unnecessary UV exposure can help protect synthetic rope during storage and everyday vehicle use. Winch rope should still be inspected regularly for wear, abrasion, contamination and other damage.
Quick & Simple Fitment
The flexible neoprene construction allows the cover to stretch over the winch and sit snugly around the housing.
No additional ropes or cords are required to secure the cover, making it quick to remove when the winch is required.
