Description
The Paddock™ Tractor PTO Cement Mixer is a heavy-duty 142L tractor-mounted mixer designed for concrete, cement, sand and other suitable mixing applications. Connecting to a Category I three-point linkage and standard 540 RPM PTO, it features internal mixing paddles, chain drive and hydraulic tipping for convenient unloading from the tractor.
Paddock™ Tractor PTO Cement Mixer – 142L
Turn a compatible tractor into a mobile mixing platform with the Paddock™ PTO Cement Mixer. Designed for Category I tractors in the 20–55HP range, the mixer uses a standard 540 RPM PTO input to drive the 142L steel mixing drum.
Three internal paddles help combine material as the drum rotates, while the hydraulic tipping system allows the operator to raise and empty the mixer using the tractor's hydraulic system.

540 RPM PTO Driven Mixer
The mixer connects to the tractor's standard Category I three-point linkage and is driven from a 540 RPM PTO.
An internal chain-drive arrangement transfers power from the PTO to the mixing drum, providing a simple mechanical drive system that can be accessed for routine inspection and maintenance.
A 1-3/8" 6-spline PTO shaft is included.
142L Steel Mixing Drum
The heavy-duty drum has a stated capacity of 142L (5 cubic ft) and is manufactured from 11-gauge steel. A 44.5cm opening provides access for loading materials and cleaning after use.
Three internal paddles help turn and combine the material during operation and assist with discharging the mixed contents when the drum is tipped.
Hydraulic Tipping
The top-mounted hydraulic cylinder allows the mixer to be raised for unloading using a compatible tractor hydraulic connection.
The hydraulic system uses a single hose and provides powered movement in the raising direction only. The mixer lowers under its own weight when hydraulic pressure is released; the cylinder does not hydraulically power the mixer downward.
Always ensure people remain clear of the mixer and linkage while raising or lowering the implement.

Tractor Requirements
The mixer is designed for compatible Category I tractors within the stated 20–55HP range. The tractor requires a 540 RPM PTO and a suitable hydraulic connection to operate the tipping cylinder.
Before installation, confirm the tractor has suitable three-point linkage geometry, PTO configuration, hydraulic connection and sufficient implement carrying capacity for the mixer and its intended contents.
Remember that the 105kg specification is the empty mixer weight. The total supported weight will increase substantially once materials are loaded into the drum.
Operation & Safety
Keep guards and covers correctly installed during operation and keep hands, clothing and tools clear of the PTO shaft, chain drive, rotating drum and three-point linkage.
Ensure the tractor and mixer are positioned on suitable stable ground before loading, mixing or discharging material. Do not exceed the capacity of the mixer or the safe operating limits of the tractor and three-point linkage.
Before servicing, cleaning or clearing the mixer, shut down the tractor, disengage the PTO and ensure all moving components have completely stopped.
Clean the drum and paddles after use before concrete or cement-based material is allowed to harden.
