Description
The Scintex washdown pump range combines strong water flow with high pressure in a compact 12V or 24V DC diaphragm pump. Available in 11L/min and 19L/min options with pressures up to 70 PSI, these pumps are ideal for deck washing, marine use, caravans, RVs, camping, agricultural equipment and other applications requiring pressurised water on demand.
Choose the pump on its own for integration into an existing system, or select a complete washdown kit with hose, spray nozzle, fittings and suction filter.

Ideal for Marine, RV & Mobile Washdown Systems
Designed for installations where mains power isn't available, these DC washdown pumps are well suited to boats, yachts, caravans, RVs, motorhomes, camping setups, farms and other mobile applications.
The pump's seamless motor body and O-ring sealed end cap help protect the motor from the surrounding environment, making it particularly well suited to marine and outdoor installations.
The pumps are self-priming and compatible with salt water, making them a practical option for deck washing and general marine washdown applications.
Smooth 5-Chamber Diaphragm Pump
The 5-chamber diaphragm design provides a combination of strong suction, high flow and high discharge pressure while maintaining smooth water delivery.
Compared with simpler diaphragm pump designs, the five pumping chambers help reduce pulsation in the discharge flow. This provides smoother operation and can help reduce unnecessary pressure switch cycling.
The pump is also capable of running dry without immediate damage, providing additional protection in applications where the water supply may occasionally be interrupted.
Automatic On-Demand Operation
A genuine Honeywell pressure switch automatically starts and stops the pump as water is required. Open the washdown gun or outlet and the resulting pressure drop starts the pump. Release the trigger or close the outlet and the pump automatically stops once the pressure reaches the switch setting.
This on-demand operation makes the pump particularly convenient for deck wash hoses, spray guns and other applications where water is used intermittently.
The pressure switch is adjustable where an application requires a different cut-off pressure. Adjustment should remain within the operating limits of the pump and connected plumbing.
Viton & Santoprene Pump Components
The pump incorporates Viton and Santoprene components selected to provide durability and compatibility across a range of pumping applications.
In addition to fresh and salt water, the pump materials may be suitable for some agricultural and chemical solutions. However, chemical compatibility varies depending on the exact fluid, concentration and temperature.
Important: Always confirm the compatibility of the liquid with all pump wetted materials before use. Do not assume compatibility based solely on the general type of chemical or solution being pumped.
Pump Only or Complete Washdown Kit
These pumps can be supplied on their own for customers building or replacing an existing system, or as a complete washdown kit.
The kit option includes the pump along with hose, additional fittings, spray nozzle and suction filter, providing the main components required to create a convenient washdown system.

Installation Note: Ensure wiring, fuse protection, hose sizing and fittings are appropriately rated for the selected pump model. For best performance, minimise restrictions in the suction line and install the supplied suction filter where applicable.
