Description
The Paddock™ Core Drill Vacuum Pump is designed for securing compatible vacuum-base core drill stands during concrete and masonry drilling. With a 120L/min air flow, integrated vacuum reservoir and portable protective frame, it provides a practical vacuum solution for professional core drilling applications.
The sturdy frame helps protect the pump during transport and use while also incorporating the vacuum reservoir. The pump includes a vacuum gauge, moisture trap, air filter, silencer and connecting hose with quick couplings.
Suitable for use with compatible Paddock™ core drill stands and vacuum bases, as well as compatible drilling equipment from other manufacturers.

Paddock™ Core Drill Vacuum Pump with Inbuilt Reservoir
The Paddock™ PCDVP780 electric vacuum pump is designed to provide vacuum for compatible core drill stands fitted with a vacuum base. Its portable construction makes it suitable for construction sites, workshops, renovation projects and other concrete core drilling applications.

Designed for Core Drill Vacuum Bases
The vacuum pump is designed to secure compatible core drilling equipment when using a drill stand fitted with a vacuum base. Connect the supplied air hose between the vacuum pump and drill stand, switch the pump on and monitor the vacuum gauge to ensure adequate vacuum is achieved and maintained before drilling.
The holding performance of any vacuum-base drilling system depends on the condition and suitability of the mounting surface, the seal between the vacuum base and surface, hose connections and overall system integrity.
Integrated Vacuum Reservoir
A useful feature of the PCDVP780 is the vacuum reservoir integrated into the protective frame.
In the event of a power interruption, the reservoir can provide approximately 3 minutes of retained usable vacuum under suitable conditions, providing additional time for the operator to stop drilling and safely secure the equipment.
Actual vacuum retention time will depend on the quality of the seal, hose connections, surface condition and leakage within the system. The reservoir should be considered a temporary safety reserve and not a substitute for continuously monitoring vacuum during drilling.

Important Vacuum Base Safety
Always ensure the mounting surface is suitable for vacuum-base operation and that an adequate vacuum is achieved before drilling. Monitor the vacuum gauge during operation and stop drilling immediately if vacuum cannot be maintained.
Follow the core drill and drill stand manufacturer's operating and safety instructions. Where required by the equipment manufacturer or working conditions, use appropriate secondary securing methods in addition to the vacuum base.
