A dip tube offers a suction side solution for drum pumps. The rigid tube can be extended to suit the height of the drum. It also maintains this height and you will always have the suction at the bottom of the drum. Two cutouts on the side of the tube near the bottom mean that fuel, oil or water is drawn in just above the base of the drum to prevent rust and other sediment being sucked into the pump. These drum dip tubes come with 1" BSP threads and can be screwed in to many pumps. We advise using only quality items like the ones seen here as the seals on the telescopic segments need to be tight to assist pump priming and prevent pump cavitation.

A good unit

This Paddock sprayer has good spray heads and a fast pump, so no need to crawl along unlike some others I have tried. The service from Scintex was exceptional - I had a problem with some small damage during packaging and delivery, but Scintex provided new spare parts very quickly.
