Fuel Nozzles & Guns

Fuel bowser style nozzles or fuel guns. Available in manual or automatic shut off. Automatic fuel nozzles will click off once back pressure is experienced at the nozzle tip. Various outlet sizes suit diesel or petrol style nozzles. Inlets are either 3/4" or 1" BSP and can be coupled to pumps and hose using standard pipe fittings. The aluminium construction makes them suitable for use with diesel, biodiesel, unleaded petrol, oils and water. For nozzles suitable for urea and AdBlue please see our AdBlue accessories.
Automatic fuel nozzles are ideal for high-volume refuelling as they shut off automatically when the tank is full, helping prevent spills and wasted fuel. Manual nozzles are commonly used where automatic shut-off is unnecessary or where flow needs to be controlled manually. The best choice depends on the fuel type, duty cycle and whether the dispensing system is attended.
The nozzle should match or exceed the maximum output of your transfer pump. A nozzle with insufficient flow capacity creates unnecessary restriction, while an oversized nozzle may be difficult to control during smaller refuelling jobs.
No. Materials used in seals and internal components differ depending on the fluid. Always choose a nozzle specifically designed and approved for the fuel or fluid being dispensed.
Leaks are commonly caused by worn seals, damaged automatic shut-off mechanisms, contamination or impact damage. Regular inspection and prompt replacement of worn parts helps maintain safe operation.
Yes. A quality swivel reduces hose twist, improves operator comfort and places less stress on the nozzle body, extending service life.
