Description
The GESPASA PMGE-40 Electronic Lubricant Nozzle combines lubricant dispensing with an integrated digital flow meter, allowing operators to monitor individual quantities dispensed as well as totalised lubricant usage.
Designed for lubricants up to SAE 140, the PMGE-40 operates across a 2–20L/min flow range and features a durable plastic and fibreglass nozzle body, aluminium flow meter and protective rubber meter cover.

The GESPASA PMGE-40 is designed for dispensing and measuring lubricants in workshops, service facilities and other oil-transfer applications.
An integrated electronic flow meter displays the quantity dispensed during each operation and maintains a totalised flow reading up to 99,999.

Integrated Digital Meter
The electronic meter allows the operator to monitor lubricant dispensing directly at the nozzle. The display provides both the quantity delivered during the current dispensing operation and a cumulative totalised flow reading.
The supplied meter specification states an accuracy of ±0.5%.
Heavy-Duty Construction
The nozzle body is manufactured from an impact-resistant plastic and fibreglass construction, while the integrated flow meter uses an aluminium body with additional rubber protection around the meter.
A trigger guard helps protect against accidental trigger operation during handling and storage.

Lubricant Compatibility
The PMGE-40 is specified for lubricants up to SAE 140. Confirm that the lubricant being dispensed is compatible with the nozzle, meter and associated pumping system before use.
The nozzle has a maximum operating pressure of 50 bar / 725 PSI. The stated 80 bar figure is a safety/security pressure and should not be treated as the normal operating pressure.
